Absolute gem! Great authentic Mexican food. Found this restruant on our way back to Hamilton from the cottage, reviews looked good so we stopped in. The reviews were spot on, everything from the food, drinks to the service were excellent! Unfortunately they don't take reservations, its small place and it was packed however it's worth the wait if you have the time! Thanks for a great night we'll be back!

Spread the word!! My experience was truly exceptional, from the delicious Mexican cuisine to the top notch service and the beautifully appointed dining room. (There are enough 5 star google reviews for this establishment to give you a sense that this is a quality establishment, nevertheless, my thoughts below.) The menu offered a variety of Mexican options, including vegan and vegetarian. It was quite obvious that our dishes were prepared with care and creativity. I particularly enjoyed the chicken burrito, which was bursting with bold and savory Mexican flavours. The dining room was nicely decorated and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lighting was just right, and the tables were simply, yet tastefully set. The service was top notch. The server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations. We never felt rushed, even though they were busy. The server checked with us a couple of times during the meal without being intrusive to ensure everything was okay.

It was a pleasant experience dining at El Pueblito. The look of the place made us feel that it was brand new and was surprised to know that it was started in 2007! Unlike most of the old restaurants here in Canada, this one didn't smell bad. The food was delicious, the servers were courteous and the service was fast! I would recommend this place to any one who is looking for a tasty, authentic, healthy Mexican food!
